StreamScan's mission

is to protect manufacturing, aerospace, defense and critical infrastructure companies from cyber attacks.

We accomplish this mission by offering innovative cyberthreat detection tools, perfectly tailored to their needs. Our experts are available to monitor networks, carry out penetration tests and support companies in managing cyber incidents. This proactive approach helps prevent service interruptions and, consequently, minimize financial losses. We support companies in achieving certain compliance frameworks, including CMMC and NIST 800-171, facilitating their access to specific markets and helping them meet their legal obligations. Our ultimate goal is to establish a lasting relationship based on collaboration and trust. We draw on the experience and versatility of our teams to contribute to the company's success.

Recognized and sought-after expertise

Founded in 2011 and based in Montreal, StreamScan is a Canadian company specialising in operational cybersecurity. The company was founded by Karim Ganame, a renowned researcher with a PhD in cybersecurity. Our goal is to provide superior cyber protection at affordable prices, to help organisations of all sizes guard against cyber threats. Our team is made up of analysts, ethical hackers, AI specialists and cybersecurity researchers.

StreamScan stands out as one of the first companies to apply artificial intelligence to the detection of cyberthreats. Our Cyberthreat Detection System (CDS) has been recognized by the Canadian government as an innovative cybersecurity solution.

The CDS is the only intrusion detection system developed in Quebec.

Thanks to our CDS technology, StreamScan has carried out projects for Canadian National Defence and the Communications Security Establishment of Canada (CSE). We have also developed a prototype AI-based technology to detect cyber-attacks targeting Royal Canadian Air Force fighter jets.

Today, StreamScan has the high-level know-how and cutting-edge technology to support organisations in improving their security levels.
